From engineers to bakers
Harpreet and Amardeep spent years as engineers before opening this bakery at Royal Plaza in late 2023. The dream came with them from India, where Harpreet first learned to bake eggless cakes for her son and later managed her uncle's bakery.
That is why everything here is 100% eggless: so vegetarian families, and anyone else, can eat every single thing in the case. The Guardian told their story in January 2024.
